PostPass platform terms.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Creator accounts activate automatically. PostPass may pause or remove accounts and may approve, reject, pause, or remove listings to protect marketplace quality, safety, and reliability.
Marketplace role
PostPass provides discovery, matching, booking coordination, content verification, and payment tools. Creators and businesses remain responsible for the experience, content, disclosures, taxes, safety, and compliance that apply to them.
Purchases
Campaign purchases cover the process and placements described on the selected plan. They do not guarantee views, followers, bookings, revenue, or sales. Creator cash compensation and additional usage rights may be charged separately.
Refunds and credits
Eligibility depends on the package, matching window, completed work, and the cancellation or replacement rules. PostPass may issue a replacement, platform credit, partial refund, or full refund for an unused placement when required by the purchased terms or applicable law.
Acceptable conduct
Fraudulent metrics, fake engagement, unsafe listings, harassment, discrimination, hidden deliverables, undisclosed advertising, and misuse of private contact information are prohibited.
Changes
PostPass may update these terms as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be presented before they apply to an existing paid campaign.
